At the heart of our service portfolio is metal spinning – a forming process that meets the highest demands for precision, material efficiency, and geometric complexity. Using state-of-the-art PNC and CNC spinning machines, we produce rotationally symmetrical sheet metal parts that impress with their high precision and repeatability. Spinning offers decisive advantages over other forming techniques: seamless forming ensures absolutely tight and highly resilient components without welds or joints.

The controlled spinning process results in significant material hardening, which considerably improves the mechanical properties of the components. Thanks to freely programmable CNC controls, we can produce spun parts up to a diameter of 1,200 mm and precisely form material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 15 mm. This flexibility enables the economical production of small and medium-sized series while keeping tooling costs low.

To offer complete solutions from a single source, we complement metal spinning with a comprehensive portfolio of other manufacturing processes. This integrated manufacturing enables us to develop complete, ready-to-install assemblies from a simple spun part – efficiently, on time, and with consistently high quality.

  1. Deep drawing, pressing & embossing
    Our 400-ton hydraulic press as well as various eccentric presses enable the production of complex geometries through forming.
  2. Metal cutting
    Precise machining by turning and milling. We create grooves, threads and other geometric details with the highest accuracy.
  3. Assembly manufacturing
    Complete assembly including welding (TIG, MIG, spot welding), assembly of additional components and re-stamping. We deliver fully functional assemblies directly to your production line.
  4. 3D laser cutting
    High-precision creation of cutouts, openings, holes and complex contours in already formed components – without mechanical stress on the workpiece.
  5. Surface treatment
    Comprehensive surface finishing: washing, electropolishing, sandblasting and glass bead blasting, grinding and laser marking.
  6. Recrystallization annealing
    Through controlled heat treatment, the material structure is restored to its original state. Stresses are reduced and ductility is increased.

This way, complete, ready-to-install assemblies are created from a single pressed part – all from a single source, all in proven quality.
