The use of state-of-the-art machinery with programmable controllers allows the manufacture of spun parts in diameters up to 1200 mm and the forming of materials from 0.5 mm to 15 mm. Through the use of the newest technology, we are also able to carry out product improvements, optimize manufacturing processes and use special materials such as microalloyed fine-grained steels and high-strength stainless steels. Basic and decorative parts are produced from hot-dip coated and electrolytically galvanized sheet metal for the aerospace, hotel and restaurant, and food industries.
The use of hot-dip coated and electrolytically galvanized sheet metal has proven to be highly effective. We produce spun parts for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and well as medical technology and environmental technology. Our in-house manufacture of spinning moulds and equipment and a well-stocked sheet metal supply allow us to process orders flexibly and on time.
